As a result, the 2012 Olympics audience in London as well as around the globe is presented with a wide variety of smartphones and tablet, 3G & 4G mobile networks; and iPhone, iPad and Android apps to provide Olympics coverage and related services. Such is the future we live.

The second official app - Results - is my favorite. It is dedicated to reporting the live sporting events, news, schedules and results. The app also provides an up-to-date list of all athletes participating in the Olympic Games, including individual biographies, related news stories and their personal performance at London 2012. You can search for athletes by sport and by country, and select individuals as favourites in the My Games section of the app.The application is designed to provide information to consumers’ taste and is very intuitive.
Finally, the third official app - Game - in which you can practice with nine Olympics sports at different levels. The app is developed to exploit the potential of modern mobile devices. Olympic tide will flood us in just over a week.
